Kristin’s path has taken her across some of the most influential companies and industries in the world.
At GE, she served as a Senior Enterprise Architect, Customer Program Manager, and Commercial Sales Leader before moving into an Emerging Technologies Senior Program Manager role at GE Renewable Energy — where she delivered $15 million in productivity for wind turbine operations through predictive analytics, AI/ML automation, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
At Amazon, she led people and cross-functional teams driving B2C eCommerce innovation and customer experience strategy at scale. She then moved into her current role at AWS, where she works directly with enterprise clients on GenAI adoption and implementation.
Along the way she has also built experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, Novartis, and in regional sales and marketing leadership — giving her a rare skillset of technical depth, business strategy, and real-world implementation experience across industries.
She holds an MBA in Global Leadership from Boston College and a Master of Science in Information Science from UNC Chapel Hill, and carries certifications as a Certified Agile ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and LEED AP in New Construction.
